It includes the greatest day of the Flat racing calendar in Scotland – The Ayr Gold Cup in an absolute feast of top quality racing. An unmissable extravaganza of racing and superb entertainment.

We kick things off on Opening Day, Thursday 18th September, with the Kilkerran Cup headlining the days racing.
Then Friday 19th is full of glamour on Ladies Day, featuring our sensational Style Awards as well as amazing racing including the Ayr Bronze Cup, the British EBF Stallions Harry Rosebery Stakes and the Arran Scottish Sprint EBF Fillies’ Stakes.
But the highlight of it all is the Ayr Gold Cup on Saturday 20th, one of the most valuable sprint handicaps in Europe. Last year’s race was won by Lethal Levi ridden by jockey Clifford Lee.
Saturday also features the Ayr Silver Cup, the Firth of Clyde Stakes (Group Race) and the Doonside Cup (Listed Race).
Three terrific days of quality racing plus fantastic entertainment makes the Ayr Gold Cup Festival a must to attend.
