Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are not refundable or for resale of transfer. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers apply to the order total, including VAT and transaction/fulfilment fees. If the order total exceeds the Gift Voucher value, the customer will pay the remaining amount using card payment or another Gift Voucher.
Partially used gift vouchers cannot be refunded. The full value of the gift vouchers is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift voucher unless the order total is less than the gift voucher balance. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used to make an advance booking – they cannot be redeemed on a race day.
