With Eleven Suites over four floors plus first class accommodation The Princess Royal Events Centre can accommodate everything from a Board Meeting to a National Conference, which can all be hosted in style. We also have more than 150 acres of land ideal for a whole range of outdoor events from quad biking to team building exercises.

Our largest facility the Ayrshire Suite can cater for up to 1000 delegates theater style or 800 for a Banquet. Each suite is well equipped with high quality, state of the art sound, light and audiovisual system.

Large plasma screens situated around each room allow delegates a ‘bird’s eye view’ of the proceedings interfacing with PowerPoint for presentations or company advertising or through the ‘in house’ conference cameras in the larger suites.

Whether your event is for 1000 delegates for a conference or 10 for your annual board meeting our dedicated staff are committed and will work with you to achieve the maximum from your event.

Sunday Market

The Sunday Market at Ayr Racecourse is in operation every Sunday unless stated otherwise, so whether you’re looking to car boot, trade or shop, Ayr Racecourse is the place to be every Sunday from 8.00am.

Whether a wedding or family celebration our Conference and Events Centre provides not one but many superb settings for your event. With two large suites and a variety of smaller ones we can cater event and several of our suites offer stunning panoramic views of Ayr Racecourse.

The Princess Royal Exhibition, Banqueting and Conference Centre at Ayr Racecourse was the first ever dedicated conference and exhibition centre in Ayrshire. The state of the art venue can hold more than twice as many delegates than any other centre in Ayrshire and it is equipped with the latest technology.
