Individual Race
- Naming rights for the sponsored race e.g. “The My Company Handicap Stakes”
- Advance publicity of the sponsorship
- Naming rights to one of the day’s races
- Live coverage of the sponsored race on Racing TV
- Branding on the big screens and on-course television
- Branding on a full page advert in the racecard
- On-course branding opportunities on the day, including home straight, winner’s enclosure and spectator areas
- PA announcements before during and after your sponsored race
- Opportunity to take guests into the exclusive Parade Ring, along with the Owners, Trainers & Jockeys, to select the Best Turned out Horse for your sponsored race
- Opportunity to make the formal presentation to the winning Owner of the sponsored race
- A framed photograph of the presentation
- Opportunity to join the winning connections of your race for a celebratory glass of fizz to watch a replay of the race
Principle Race
- Naming rights to the Raceday, e.g. “The My Company Raceday”
- Full PR plan to promote the sponsorship carried out by Racecourse Marketing team
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaign designed to promote the sponsorship. The Racecourse currently communicates via various digital platforms including to circa 50,000 Facebook followers, 23,000 X followers, 10,000 Instagram followers as well as our 60,000 strong database
- “The My Company Raceday” included in all media coverage and promotional literature, e.g. radio advertising, website, direct mail, and email campaigns and corporate brochures
- Naming rights to three of the day’s races
- Live coverage of all races on Racing TV
- Branding on the big screens and on-course television
- Branding on the front and back cover of the day’s racecard
- Three full page adverts in the day’s racecard
- Full branding opportunities on the day, including the home straight, Parade Ring, Podium, internal and external facilities
