Kick off the new season at the Spring Saturday Raceday on Saturday 7 March at Ayr Racecourse, our first Saturday fixture of the year and a true marker of spring racing.
With top northern yards such as Lucinda Russell, Nick Alexander and Nicky Richards all successful on this card last year, expect competitive racing, a great atmosphere and plenty happening on and off the track.
The day also sees the first appearance of Black Friday, our 2026 Retraining of Racehorses Equine Ambassador, where you’ll have the chance to meet him and owner Abigail and hear his inspiring story of life after racing.
Between races, course favourites Deville will keep the crowd entertained in the Ayrshire Suite with feel-good singalongs and after racing dance the night away with 3 hour of entertainment from SHEB, Playing a fantastic mix of floor fillers and party classics to finish a fantastic day.
