Princess Royal Events Centre

For those who wish a larger wedding - catering for up to 700 guests - we have the perfect venues within the Princess Royal Events Centre.

The Ayrshire Suite on the ground floor of the Centre is a fantastic venue with lots of room for up to 700 guests to enjoy themselves while the first floor of the Princess Royal Stand can accommodate 600 guests and offers panoramic views across Ayr Racecourse, the premier racecourse in Scotland.

There are also smaller facilities within the Centre including the well appointed Roman Warrior which can seat up to 180 guests and again features great views across the course.

Several smaller rooms are also available for more intimate wedding gatherings and the entire Centre is licensed for civil and religious ceremonies which can include a wedding with a difference with the nuptials in the Paddock or Winners Enclosure.

Marquee Weddings

From mid April until the end of September each year we have Marquees on site within the grounds of the racecourse which can be used for weddings of up to 350 guests.

Weather permitting why not enjoy a drinks reception in the Paddock prior to moving into the Paddock Lawn Marquee where the Wedding Meal will be served and the Evening Reception will take place.
