Conference and Events at Ayr Racecourse

Not only are we Scotland’s premier racecourse we are also home to a fabulous multi award winning four star hotel and one of the country’s largest and most unique conference centres. Banquets, gala balls, exhibitions, conferences and car launches are just some of the functions that the well-appointed Princess Royal Conference and Events Centre can host in comfort.

With eleven suites over four floors plus first class accommodation onsite everything from a Board meeting to a National conference can be accommodated in style. We also have more than 150 acres of land ideal for a whole range of outdoor events from quad biking to team building exercises.

The Princess Royal Conference, Banqueting & Exhibition Centre offers 11 suites situated over four floors. The largest Suite can cater for up to 1000 delegates theatre style or 800 for a Banquet.  

Each suite is well equipped with high quality, state of the art sound, light and audiovisual system.

Large plasma screens situated around each room allow delegates a 'bird's eye view' of the proceedings interfacing with PowerPoint for presentations or company advertising or through the 'in house' conference cameras in the larger suites.

Whether your event is for 1000 delegates for a conference or 10 for your annual board meeting our dedicated staff are committed and will work with you to achieve the maximum from your event.
