Fixture Overview

This afternoon we stage the first of four successive Monday racedays in July with seven races on the card.

The opening race, a six furlong novice stakes for two year-olds should see Mark Johnston attempt to keep up his fine record in such races at the track.

Middle distance horses will feature in the richest contest of the afternoon a Class 3 race over one mile two furlongs which at the corresponding meeting last year was won by Keith Dalgleish’s Pour Me A Drink.

Keith should have plenty of runners this afternoon when Iain Jardine, John Quinn and Jim Goldie will also be hoping to be among the winners.

During the ever changing situation, to provide reassurance when booking, any customer who purchases a ticket for a future fixture will be entitled to either a transfer or obtain a full refund in the event it is cancelled. If a customer is required by law to be in self isolation at the time of the event and can provide the relevant proof, they will also be entitled to a transfer or refund. Please note that Ayr Racecourse also reserves the right to transfer, refund or upgrade you at any point based on any specific capacity restrictions and zoning protocols.
