AYR Racecourse stages its second fixture of 2019 on Tuesday with a competitive looking six race card.

The feature race is the handicap hurdle due off at 2.35pm and a very interesting entry in this is Beau Et Sublime from the Mike Smith yard.

This horse was due to run at the track last Wednesday in a handicap chase but was declared a non-runner on the morning of the race and he is now entered for a hurdle race. Formerly trained in Ireland by Tony Martin his sole hurdles win came in 2015 at Roscommon.

A course specialist who could go close again is Instingtive who runs for trainer Lisa Harrison and jockey Ross Chapman in the Watch Racing Tv Now Handicap Chase at 2.00pm. The eight year –old  has won once and been placed twice from four starts at the track.

The last race on the card is the Like Racing TV On Facebook Intermediate Open National Hunt Flat Race at 3.45pm and Nicky Richards has Ribble Valley entered in this.

He won on his racecourse debut at Ayr last November in a bumper over the same distance of two miles and although only six of nine at Cheltenham next time out that was in a Listed race. Gates open at 11.00am and the first race is at 12.55pm.
