It is with regret that we announce that due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the British Horseracing Authority in line with Government advice, has advised that all fixtures scheduled in May and June have been cancelled.
Whilst this is extremely disappointing for everyone involved, public health remains the main priority.
Customers who have booked tickets for these fixtures will receive a full refund. Those who have booked for the QTS Summer Raceday on 20 June also have the opportunity to transfer to the same fixture in 2021 if preferred, and again the Racecourse is most appreciative of this continued support. To transfer simply send your name and postcode to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds for May and June will commence as soon as possible but we would ask you to please remain patient during a time where we are processing an unprecedented amount of refunds with only a very small team. It is taking time but everyone will receive their refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Hospitality clients will also have the opportunity to either transfer to an alternative fixture or receive a refund and will be contacted direct in due course.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding and we look forward to the time we can welcome you back for racing at Ayr.
