We are delighted to be able to welcome owners back to Ayr Racecourse. Your continued support and patience is very much appreciated.
There will be four badges per horse allocated to owners.
To enable us to ensure that all of the appropriate arrangements are in place and minimise risk for owners and prioritise the safety and well-being of all attendees, we need you to provide us with the details of all those who will be attending no later than 4pm on the day before the race meeting. Please use the Racecourse PASS concierge to do this, via www.RCAPASS.com. If you do not have access to the PASS System or need any assistance in its use, please contact the PASS Helpdesk on 01933 270333 or email@example.com.

You must ensure you book your badges by following the booking guide above. If you have any other queries regarding badge allocation please contact me via email.
Please note that if a horse is declared a non-runner, the owner should not attend the fixture.
ON THE RACEDAY
The Owners Entrance will open at 11.15am on both days.
There will be complimentary takeaway style food available per national covid guidelines and complimentary refreshments including tea, coffee and soft drinks will also be served. Due to ongoing restrictions we are not permitted to serve alcohol at this meeting.
Please note no bookmakers will be in attendance and there will be no betting facilities.
