WESTERN HOUSE
The Western House Hotel is the perfect setting for
your Wedding Day. The Mansion is over a hundred years old and has
been tastefully refurbished in keeping with the age of the
building. A sweeping tree lined driveway ensures romantic approach
to the Hotel with its water fountain feature. It is situated within
stunning gardens, which are tended to by our team of expert
gardeners who ensure they are perfect for those Wedding pictures no
matter what the time of the year. The Hotel can accommodate 190
Guests for your Wedding meal with up to 250 Guests for your Evening
Reception. The Hotel is also licensed for Civil Ceremony within the
Cathedral Ballroom or Gardens, weather permitting.
Princess Royal
For the larger Weddings then we have our Princess Royal
Events Centre, which can accommodate up to 500 Guests. The Princess
Royal is situated within the grounds of Ayr Racecourse and adds
that unique setting for your wedding. With its panoramic views out
over the Racecourse and the distant hillside it is certainly a
stunning setting.
There are a variety of Suites available within the Centre allowing us to accommodate anything from a small intimate Wedding Party to the large one. Or if you are looking for a Venue for your Evening Reception then this is the ideal location.
The Centre is licensed for Civil Ceremony, or for that rather unusual touch then you could always choose to be married within the Parade ring itself
