Due to the large number of fixtures staged at Ayr Racecourse
which attract large numbers of runners, both on the flat and NH
tracks, we cannot under any circumstances allow gallopers through
the season. We have limited track space in which to provide a
consistent racing surface and with the costs of track maintenance
increasing this must be a blanket policy - no exceptions in the
interests of fairness.
At the end of the racing seasons, NH and Flat, we may allow
gallopers the following day, conditions permitting, and this will
carry a charge of £35 + vat per horse payable in advance.
