SINGLE ENCLOSURE DAY FOR SECOND OCTOBER MEETING

AYR Racecourse's second
October fixture on Friday October 26 will be a single enclosure day
with all racegoers being charged only £14 for entry.
This means a huge £6 saving on normal Club prices and those
attending the day will also be able to join in some seasonal fun as
the theme is a Ghouls and Goblins Raceday so Hallow'een will
come to the Craigie course five days early.
Ayr Racecourse Marketing Manager Lindsey Smith commented : "It
should be a great afternoon and what a fun way to start the weekend
early. If anyone wants to dress up they should do so and by making
it a single enclosure day we are hoping that a larger than normal
Friday afternoon crowd comes along.
On the track the seven race card begins at 2.10 pm and the feature
race of the day is the WBX.Com 0% Commission On Day's Big Race
Handicap over one mile one furlong. This race could provide local
trainer Linda Perratt the perfect chance to run her stable stars
Neil's Legacy and Mystical Ayr.
Another decent affair is the EBF Daily Record Maiden Fillies
Handicap for two year olds over a mile and look out for some of the
top southern yards sending their juveniles on the long trek to
Scotland for this.
Advance tickets are on sale with 10 % discount for single bookings
or 20 % for parties of 20 or more. Both offers are subject to
