Butterfly Events 2007 and 2008
As the organiser and founder of "Butterfly Events" in aid of Cancer Research UK, I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and venue at Ayr Racecourse.
When I made my first venue visit in October 2006 to the Princess Royal Suite, I was very impressed by its size and staff, and realised it would be perfect for my first event. It has been the best decision I have ever made.
The staff has been and continues to be, extrenely helpful in the co-ordinating, set up and throughout my events themselves
This year, I was delighted to be able to organise the VERY FIRST event in the new 'Ayrshire Suite' The evening was most succesful and the suite itself looked amazing, from its changeable overhead lighting system to set the mood, to it's high-tech in house AV equipment displaying our presentations and speeches around the room and 5 bars serving our 620 guests.
The success has been so great I have booked my next 2 events this year and the Annual Ball in 2009!
