Champagne G.H. Mumm Ladies Night at Ayr Racecourse is famed throughout the land as one of the best social nights of the year.

Saturday 7th August is Champagne G.H. Mumm Ladies Night when the Champagne Lawns are full of beautiful girls boasting a sea of colour as the girls dress to impress.

Seven races provide the platform for a great evening and there's a chance for the ladies to win a passport to Ladies Day Final in September when they can win big.

It has to be the top ladies prize in British racing... and it can only be won at Ayr Racecourse.

This year's lucky lady will drive off in a Vauxhall Astra. The sponsors of this fabulous prize are once again Kerr & Smith/Iveco Trucks and we thank them for this very special sponsorship. The prize will be won by on Friday September 17.

Second prize is a luxury cruise sponsored by Stewart Travel. This year it’s a Fjordland Splendour Cruise for 2 people*.

The format of this year’s competition remains the same with best dressed ladies at a variety of racedays throughout the year including Saints and Sinners Night, Scottish Sun Raceday and Ladies’ Night winning a bronze coin.

Coins will also be awarded on Ladies Day itself. All the ladies who have won a coin  will each be asked to draw the name of a horse running in that day's William Hill (Ayr) Bronze Cup. The lady who draws the winning horse drives away in the terrific Astra.

Champagne G.H. Mumm Ladies Night features a Disco after racing from West Sound's Colin MCArdle in the Horseshoe Bar and top tribute act Take That 2 play in the Ayrshire Suite.
