The Princess Royal Exhibition, Banqueting and Conference Centre at Ayr Racecourse is the first ever dedicated conference and exhibition centre in Ayrshire. The state of the art venue can hold more than twice as many delegates than any other centre in Ayrshire and it is equipped with the latest technology.

Because of its size the centre is totally flexible and can be tailored to suit the requirements of most conferences, seminars and banquets.

Seating for up to 1000 delegates at a theatre style conference. Can be converted into a 800 seated suite for banqueting purposes. Day delegate Packages are prepared to meet each clients individual requirements and budget making the Princess Royal Suite one of the most competitively priced in the area. 10 smaller suites catering for 10-180 delegates. Latest state of the art technology enabling images to be projected onto the  plasma screens in the suite allowing delegates an easy view of the speaker.

 

 

Each delegate attending a conference in the Princess Royal Suite will have morning tea or coffee with pastries, a buffet lunch and afternoon tea and shortbread.

 

In addition they will each receive pads and pens along with mineral water, cordials and mints. Given the accessibility of Ayr Racecourse with quality road, rail, air and sea links the Princess Royal Centre is a popular and welcome addition to the country's conference venues.
